WTC Unclimbable in re-work

After a stint as Emcee for the Alzheimer’s Awards its time to get moving with the re-work of George Willig’s 35th Anniversary edition of his 1977 climb up the South Tower of the Original World Trade Center Twin Towers.
Besides adding some extra footage and re-voicing some voice tracks, Bob Brown and Tom Clifford have been canvassing North-Eastern Radio stations for interest in aring the project for the May 26th, 2012 Anniversary date.

Tom Clifford – addresses Floral Park audience on August 8th, during social media seminar with a bit of humor to engage the novice to advanced user of the ever changing landscape of electronic media. Here is an excerpt of his opening text on the origins of interactive communication:

“We’re gathered here today to pay tribute and our respects to the old way of doing things…

Oh they were great in their day…the Beeper…the Fax…Dial Up Internet Service…My Space… all to reach out & stay in touch.

Interactive media. Today we call it social media.

One of the questions most often asked regarding social media is –

How many times do I have to write my PROFILE? The answer;

As often as you think you might want a return on your time putting it up!

BTW, its posting …not boasting.

But, today, we need to know the best way to do that…reaching out.

And ‘which’ social media do we put the all those eggs into? How will our time be best spent and who will be standing in the nxt few years?

Here are some of the ‘face-offs’ – Google Plus vs. Facebook, Twitter vs. LinkedIn. What about – Foursquare, Yelp, Klout, Branch-Out…”
